End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using BOREDXAI (the "Service"), you agree to this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

BOREDXAI lets you generate AI video from text prompts and/or images using third-party AI models. You are responsible for the inputs you submit, the outputs you generate, and how you use them.

3. Content you may NOT create

You may not use the Service to generate, and you represent and warrant that you will not generate:

• Real people - including celebrities, public figures, or any identifiable individual - or their likeness, face, voice, or persona, without that person's explicit consent;
• Any character, likeness, logo, trademark, brand, or other intellectual property that you do not own or are not licensed to use - including copyrighted fictional characters;
• Content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all rights necessary for your inputs and outputs. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your content and our retention

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers, the outputs you generate. We do not retain or store your generated content beyond what is technically necessary to deliver it to you. Generated videos are made available to you for a limited period and are not kept by us as a permanent archive. We may change this retention practice if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a lawful request from a competent authority, in which case we may retain, preserve, or disclose content to the extent legally required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited content includes, without limitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that promotes violence or illegal acts, and any content that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers.

6. Identity verification (KYC)

Certain features may require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information, and we may refuse, limit, or revoke access based on verification results.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee availability, results, or fitness for any particular use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOREDXAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for your misuse of generated content or violation of third-party rights.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BOREDXAI harmless from any claim arising out of your inputs, outputs, or use of the Service - including any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update this Agreement from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION - to be confirmed with counsel].
